Password Reset

Please use the 'Forgot Password?' option on the Log In page to receive a reset link at the email address listed in your Medscape profile.

Please note our password requirements:
8 character minimum
Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character

Important note: At one time, Medscape required usernames for sign-in. Currently, Medscape accepts either a registered email address or a username for sign-in. If you are having difficulty remembering a past username, it may be helpful to recall that usernames needed to be at least five characters in length and that special characters and capital letters were acceptable.
